"Live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work and growing in the knowledge of God."
We would like to wish you a warm welcome to our school.
St. Andrew's Primary School is an oasis for pupils where they feel safe and secure, where they are valued and where their unique, God-given gifts and talents are nurtured and rewarded.
We offer a school that is welcoming, friendly, lively, happy and safe, where good behaviour is expected and every child matters. Through the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort our children learn to love learning.
I am sure you will find our website useful to learn more about our school and the exciting curriculum we offer. Please contact the School Office if you require any more information or would like to visit us.

The Jewish festival of Tu B’Shevat begins this evening which is often celebrated by planting young trees for the New Year of the Trees. This week in school we will plant some trees given to us by the Wirral Deen Centre following our Interfaith Project. @WirralDeen
Year 1 investigated what happens in a church today. They matched pictures to words such as prayers, Bible reading and sermon. They recorded their discoveries by drawing in their own group churches. @chesterdbe1
Year 1 found out about timbre in music today. We explored the glockenspiels and discovered the timbre of this instrument.
Y3 are finding different ways to represent 3 digit numbers that are multiples of ten. They are doing an amazing job! ✔️ @NCETM

We couldn’t think of a better way to learn about the value of service than to hear an update from Christine and Stephen from Rock of Joy Trust. Our children enjoyed seeing pictures of the children at Lady Grace School and hearing how our fundraising has helped. @RockofJoyTrust
Y3 investigated a table of objects when they arrived at school today. They had lots of ideas but concluded the table reminded them of the Last Supper. They went on to re-enact the Last Supper and discovered more about Christian Eucharist. @chesterdbe1
Our wonderful Christian concept panels are now complete and tell the big story of the Bible as you travel through school. In our RE, we learn about different concepts and we will be using our panels as a tool for learning and worship. @chesterdbe1
